Ellen Bolger is an associate at Dale Melville Law, where she practices criminal law. She articled with a criminal defence lawyer in Whitehorse, Yukon, working on a wide range of files.
Ms. Bolger recently completed a Master of Laws degree at UBC, where she was awarded the Dean of Law LLM Thesis Prize. She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University and graduated with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan College of Law.
Prior to working in criminal law, Ms. Bolger investigated human rights complaints. She has found success in Provincial and Supreme Courts in BC and the Territorial Court of Yukon. She works hard to get the best possible outcome for her clients, and is prepared to use any available defences, including the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
