Facts – B and J are charged with unlawful confinement, break and enter of a residence , and robbery. Mr. Melville represented Mr. B. The Crown alleged B. and J. tied up, beat, and robbed Mr. P. The trial was 4 days, where Mr. P, his girlfriend, and other Crown witnesses testified. Neither B. nor J. testified.
