Facts – D. was charged with sexual assault and sexual interference of an underaged relative. The complainant testified against the accused, telling the court about the details of the allegations. D. testified in his defence, maintaining his innocence and denying the allegations

Result – The judge found D.’s evidence raised a reasonable doubt, so D. was acquitted (Not Guilty).
