R. v. H., October 2021 – BCPC

Facts – H. was charged with several drug and weapons offences, including possession for the purpose of trafficking of methamphetamine (approximately 2 ounces). H. admitted he was in possession of the meth but denied the drug was for the purpose of trafficking.

Result – As a result of cross-examination of the drug expert at trial, H. was acquitted of having the drug for the purpose of trafficking (Not Guilty).
